The copyright on the files are showing 2006-2013, if that helps. Unfortunately, I'm not able to determine the version since I can't login. The Location: Upon trying to access the login page, or any other page on the osTicket directory, the browser downloads the file instead of executing it. Operating System: Linux server through web host, Apache PHP. PHP version: (Tried both 7.3 and 7.4, but was stable previously on 7.3)
